If so, here's three hacks to increase the protein in your Valentine's Day chocolate snacks

All you need:
• Dark chocolate (around 150g depending on your mould)
• 1, 2, or all 3 of the below protein options:
1. "Protein Berry Sauce" using Crayv Strawberry Swirl protein powder
2. Crayv Choc Berry Burst Protein Bar, chopped
3. Soy Protein Crisps
*All vegan friendly and gluten free ingredients 🌱

Method:
• Add chopped protein bar to a chocolate block mould
• Add handful of soy protein crisps
• Melt your dark chocolate and pour into the mould
• Add "Protein Berry Sauce" and use the end of a spoon or skewer to swirl into the chocolate
• Add sprinkle of soy protein crisps
• Set in fridge, then enjoy!

Protein Berry Sauce method:
Combine a handful of mixed frozen berries with 1-2 teaspoons of coconut oil, and half a teaspoon of chia seeds. Heat gently (microwave or stovetop) to defrost the berries and melt the coconut oil, mix well, then stir in one teaspoon of Crayv Strawberry Swirl protein powder. Add more coconut oil if the mixture is too thick.
