Refund policy

You must return the product(s) within 30 days of the purchase date in order to qualify. Any returns outside 30 days will not be accepted.

Returned product(s) must be less than 20% used (5 scoops*) to qualify for refund.

Returned product(s) must be accompanied with a copy of your original receipt (please note that bank statements will not be accepted).

Once your product(s) have been received and processed, we will issue you a full refund or a credit of equal value to the original purchase price as stated on your receipt (less shipping & handling).

As the consumer, you agree and understand to cover any costs involved to receive a refund or store credit. Any shipping costs for the return will be incurred at the customer’s expense. CRAYV will not refund any shipping costs.

CRAYV reserves the right to unilaterally amend, suspend, or terminate this policy without notice, or, in the event of policy abuse, exclude customers from its application.

Unflavoured products are exempt from the money back guarantee.

Trial/sample sachets and multi-pack and sale purchases are excluded from the money back guarantee.

*In reference to the 30 serve pouch.

All product returns are only valid to Australian residents.
