Made for whatever your day demands, CRAYV Electrolyte Hydration + Minerals combines sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium in a light, refreshing drink.
Made with salt from Lake Deborah in Western Australia, it’s naturally flavoured and sweetened with stevia. Choose a half scoop for everyday use or a full scoop for training, physical work and sweaty Australian days. Each pack provides 30 full serves or up to 60 half serves.
How To Use
Everyday hydration: Mix approximately half a scoop (3g) with 300–500mL of water.
Training or hot days: Mix approximately one full scoop (6g) with 400–800mL of water. Enjoy before, during or after exercise.
Stir or shake well, and adjust the water to suit your preferred flavour strength.

When you sweat, you lose electrolytes as well as water. These minerals help your body maintain fluid balance and support normal muscle and nerve function.

Refreshing, amazing taste and easy to make! The Pineapple flavour is refreshing without being overly sweet, and it mixes easily with water. It’s really easy to drink and doesn’t have that strong, salty electrolyte taste that some other hydration powders can have. I especially love having it ice cold, it tastes light, fresh and tropical!
